Craft Creatives owns the green room and Remedy Burger, two restaurants in Staunton. We also own Queen City Cottage (an AirBnb) and Stageable - a streaming platform to connect artists with their audiences.
Adrienne is the Director of Operations for all of these businesses. Adrienne directs a team of over thirty employees to execute operations across multiple locations. As a skilled leadership coach who specializes in collaborative culture creation and staff retention, Adrienne is starting her own leadership coaching business - Minded - to help others achieve the incredible staff retention and relations that she happily boasts in her restaurants.
